I’ll be with you every step of the way
Hello! My name is Josh Belden, and I’m a loan officer at the Tampa, Florida branch. I joined the mortgage industry in 2024 because of my passion for helping people accomplish their homebuying goals. I enjoy working with clients on a personal level to ensure the client is satisfied.
I want the client to have an experience that makes them want to come back again. Finding a mortgage that fits the client’s physical and financial needs is a priority for me, and I’m your dedicated loan officer assisting you through it all. I specialize in first-time homebuyers, HELOCs and reverse mortgages. Supported by America’s #1 Mortgage Retail Lender, I can offer clients a broad selection of products at the right price.
Everyone deserves a place to call home, and I want to be there supporting you during each step. Obtaining a mortgage can be hard, but I’m here to help!

A good credit score typically starts at 620 for conventional loans, while FHA and VA loans may accept scores as low as 500, though higher scores offer better terms. A strong credit score can help you secure lower interest rates, saving you significant money over the life of a home loan.

A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) is a revolving line of credit that allows homeowners to borrow against the equity in their home. HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation. You only pay interest on the amount you borrow, and the repayment terms typically include a draw period followed by a repayment period.
