I’ll be with you every step of the way
My name is Timothy Rian Fowler, and I’m a dedicated loan officer here to help you find your dream home! Leveraging a background in technology, I entered the mortgage industry in 2019, starting as a customer service agent and gaining firsthand experience in the lending process. Being a loan officer, I help clients in more than just one way. I educate and support clients in making their homeownership dreams come true.
I specialize in all loan products. Whether it’s conventional, VA, DSCR or jumbo loans, I want to ensure my clients feel covered in all aspects of the loan process. Being a part of America’s #1 Mortgage Retail Lender allows me to offer a wide variety of products and resources that let me thoroughly educate my clients.
When I’m not working, I consistently play chess and enjoy it a lot!

A good credit score typically starts at 620 for conventional loans, while FHA and VA loans may accept scores as low as 500, though higher scores offer better terms. A strong credit score can help you secure lower interest rates, saving you significant money over the life of a home loan.

A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) is a revolving line of credit that allows homeowners to borrow against the equity in their home. HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation. You only pay interest on the amount you borrow, and the repayment terms typically include a draw period followed by a repayment period.
