I’ll be with you every step of the way

I’m Eric Carden, a loan officer at the Denville, New Jersey, branch. As a past Marine Corps Veteran, I’m honored to serve Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members and Military Families. With VA loan options and the strength of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’ll help you move forward with confidence.

I joined the mortgage industry because I found lending interesting and wanted to learn more about how the mortgage industry works. My experience as a real estate agent gave me a unique perspective on the homeownership process. As your loan officer, I’m dedicated to providing personalized service while keeping you informed and supported. Together, we’ll walk through each step of your home loan journey.

Outside of work, I have four boys, so a lot of my activities are based around sports and being active.
