I’ll be with you every step of the way

I’m Matt Brady, a licensed loan officer serving home buyers and homeowners in the Charlotte metro area, as well as North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. I help clients in Charlotte, Belmont, Lake Wylie, Fort Mill, Rock Hill and the surrounding areas understand their financing options and move forward with confidence.

As a former realtor, I understand how to structure deals, meet timelines and support both buyers and agents through a smooth closing process. Sharing information is just as important as listening. I’m dedicated to keeping you informed about your loan’s progress and answering your questions from application to closing and beyond.

The loan options I specialize in include conventional, FHA, VA, jumbo, refinance, HELOCs, first-time homebuyer options and Non-QM programs, such as bank statement loans and DSCR loans for self-employed borrowers and real estate investors. With America’s #1 Mortgage Retail Lender, we have you covered.

HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation. You only pay interest on the amount you borrow, and the repayment terms typically include a draw period followed by a repayment period.
