I’ll be with you every step of the way
Hello! My name is Andy Eastman, and I’m the Senior VP of Lending at our Athens and Bethlehem, Georgia branch. I’m here to help you find your dream mortgage while using America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.
I joined the mortgage industry in 2001 because I thought it would be a fun and flexible job. To my delight, I discovered I could pour my passion for life into relationships with clients. I offer a wide range of products and specialize in conventional, FHA and Non-QM loan products. I want to help my clients achieve their homeowner’s goals and feel confident in their financial decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoying efoiling on the water, traveling, golfing and, most importantly, spending quality time with my family. As your lender, I want to create a lasting relationship based on trust, communication and support. I want you to be comfortable through the whole mortgage process. When you’re ready to explore your home financing options, I’m here to help!

A good credit score typically starts at 620 for conventional loans, while FHA and VA loans may accept scores as low as 500, though higher scores offer better terms. A strong credit score can help you secure lower interest rates, saving you significant money over the life of a home loan.

A Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC) is a revolving line of credit that allows homeowners to borrow against the equity in their home. HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation. You only pay interest on the amount you borrow, and the repayment terms typically include a draw period followed by a repayment period.
