I’ll be with you every step of the way

Hello! My name is David Michael, and I bring a unique blend of mortgage expertise, financial analysis and business leadership to every client relationship.

Before entering mortgage lending, I worked as an investment analyst in wealth management before transitioning into business leadership. These experiences strengthened my financial expertise, leadership skills and ability to build strong relationships.

At America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I use that background to structure thoughtful mortgage solutions, explain complex options clearly and help buyers, homeowners and real estate partners navigate financing with confidence. I’m known for being accessible, detail-oriented and committed to smooth, timely closings.

On a personal note, I hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance and an MBA. When I’m not working, my wife and I are raising our five children in the Southeast, as we have deep roots in both Georgia and South Carolina.

HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation.
