I’ll be with you every step of the way
Hello! My name is Tim Loughran. I became a loan officer in 1994. To this day, I still love it when I do a loan for someone and they move into a home. At America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’m well-versed in most home loan programs, including conventional, VA, FHA and Non-QM loans.
In March of 2025, I moved to Seal Beach, CA. Previously, I lived in Temecula for 35 years. I’ve seen the town grow, and I understand the value of hard work, dedication and good planning. My ability to help my clients feel at ease, as well as to think outside the box, has earned me a stellar reputation. I attribute my success and growth to my strategic alliances with agents who appreciate my commitment to service.
I’ve been married to my wife Kathleen for over 35 years. We are the parents of two beautiful grown women, Kelsey and Bailey, and have two grandsons, Malcolm and Calvin. I played baseball in college, and I’ve coached soccer at both the high school and club level for over 10 years.
