I joined the mortgage industry with a clear goal to make a difference in the lives of my community. From neighbors to fellow Spanish speakers and anyone unsure they can buy a home, I’m committed to bringing the information and education to make homeownership dreams a reality. I’ve specialized in working with first-time homebuyers, section 8 vouchers, construction loans, and USDA home loans – knowledge dedicated to guiding and walking with clients on their journey to homeownership.
I have a vast knowledge of serving underserved communities, especially trauma survivors. I worked in a non-profit organization for over 13 years assisting and advocating for clients to get housing and other services. This work led me to home financing, as it was time to expand my horizons to be able to assist and advocate for those who want to own a place they can call home.
As a family-oriented person, having time with loved ones was key when deciding to become a loan officer. Being able to be there for important dates for my daughters, elderly mother, husband, and self was not negotiable. I’ve had the opportunity to care for my garden during the harvest season, dedicate time to see my daughters enjoy the patio all year long, and better experience the joy of nature, the changing seasons, cooking, and – of course – eating!
