Hi, I’m Brad! Born and raised in Florida, I have over 25 years of property flipping experience and joined the mortgage industry in 2021. My wife is a real estate agent, and we’ve flipped multiple properties together. During this time, I became frustrated with several lenders and decided I could provide better service.
Having personally taken out over 50 mortgages, I’ve used my property flipping experience to better understand the mortgage process from the client’s perspective. I specialize in a wide range of financing solutions, including first-time homebuyer, down payment assistance, conventional, FHA, and VA programs. Combined with a background in mathematics and the resources of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’m able to structure loans that are the most beneficial to my clients.
On a personal note, I call St. Petersburg home with my wife, Stephanie, and our two daughters. Stephanie and I met at the University of Florida, where I earned a degree in mathematics. My hobbies include boating, golf, and pickleball.
