Hi, I’m Jessica, and with 23 years in the local real estate industry here in Newport, OR, my extensive training and knowledge make me uniquely qualified to assist homebuyers and borrowers through the mortgage process. I’m familiar with many of the unique challenges some properties face, such as septic systems, uncommon water sources, flood plains, and boundary line encroachments, and I know how to maneuver through them.
