CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the nation’s number one distributed retail mortgage lender and the Official Mortgage Partner of the Cleveland Browns, wraps up its highly anticipated annual Dedicated Dawgs Sweepstakes with an unforgettable, behind-the-scenes football experience for Northeast Ohio Browns fan, Kim Chapman of Salem, Ohio.
“This has been an incredible day full of surprises,” said Kim. “To have my family here and to experience this together has been an amazing opportunity. I’m so excited to be this year’s Dedicated Dawg.”
Behind-the-Scenes Access at CrossCountry Mortgage Campus
As the sweepstakes winner, Kim, her husband Jeff, daughter Tiffany, and two grandsons, Cooper and Collin, were invited to CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea for an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the facility to see where and how their favorite team prepares for gamedays. The tour ended inside the field house with a few surprises. Cleveland Browns Tight End Harold Fannin Jr. led Kim and her family through a special combine challenge, competing in drills just like the pros.
After the friendly competition, the surprises continued when CCM presented the family with the $25,000 grand prize, along with an official Browns jersey, hat and giveaways from CCM.

Growing up in Salem, Kim played recreation flag football through her school and church. As part of the grand prize experience, flag football starter kits will be donated to a girls football program in Salem on behalf of Kim.

Beyond the $25,000 grand prize, CCM gave additional Dedicated Dawgs Sweepstakes awards to winners throughout the year. These included an all-expenses-paid trip for two to the 2026 NFL Draft, dozens of passes to enjoy a Cleveland Browns home game from the CrossCountry Mortgage Landing, Browns gear and more. The 2026 Dedicated Dawgs Sweepstakes presented by CrossCountry Mortgage kicks off later this month.
