Hi, I’m Jody, and I joined the mortgage industry in 1995, back when we used carbon paper to make two copies of the 1003 to send to the lender. Helping people is my passion, and I believe everyone should have a part of the American dream. Watching someone who thought they couldn’t buy a home make their first purchase gives me pure joy.

For the last 10 years, I’ve been sponsoring CTME Contract Classes, empowering real estate partners new to the business. My expertise includes CHFA down payment assistance, allowing me to teach classes in Douglas County, Colorado, to assist people with less-than-perfect credit or who are self-employed in their homebuying journey.
