Hi, I’m Courtney. My goal is to help you obtain your dream home through professional service and clear communication, whether you’re a first-time or experienced homebuyer.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in accounting at Bowling Green State University and my MBA through Franklin University. I have 10 years of experience in auditing, including eight and a half years in lending and risk identification. For a long time, part of my job was reviewing different firms’ lending management, policies, practices, programs, underwriting, and portfolios for consumer, mortgage, agriculture, church, and commercial loans. Mortgage files were always my favorite loan type to review.

I decided to join CrossCountry Mortgage because it’s a lender with a wide range of options to help me meet the needs of every client. As a senior loan officer at our Columbus, OH branch at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I leverage many tools and resources to guide clients through any situation.
