Hi, I’m Nicole (Niki) Sullivan. I bring a wealth of experience to the reverse mortgage industry, with a background in financial services and over 20 years in the business. I graduated from California State University, Chico, and worked at Franklin Templeton Investments, where I earned Series 6, 63, and 7 licenses. After a successful start in financial services, I spent time raising my three children while keeping active in real estate and home lending.

Now, at our Walnut Creek, CA branch with America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’m proud to specialize in reverse mortgages, working closely with retirees and financial planners to help people achieve their retirement goals. I also love working with real estate agents to assist clients in finding their dream homes for retirement.

I’m passionate about building long-term relationships with clients, staying in touch to ensure their mortgages continue to meet their needs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Casey, and our three kids, Megan, Emma, and Colin.
