Hi, I’m Pierre Masquelier, and I began my career in real estate as an appraiser in 1986. I developed my lending expertise while working with large banks, mortgage bankers, and government offices in the New York City Tri-State area. I then joined the mortgage industry in 2001 to serve the home fianncing goals of Marin County. An experienced mortgage consultant, I take pride in great service and making every mortgage feel like a win.

I’m committed to educating my clients on the many facets, nuances, and options available in today’s real estate finance world. I especially enjoy working with first-time homebuyers, helping them realize their dream of homeownership at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender.

I live in Sausalito with my rescued Maltese-poodle mix, Matty. In my free time, I enjoy cycling on both roads and trails.
