I’m Coley Rau, and after entering the lending and real estate industry by chance over 21 years ago, I found my calling and haven’t looked back. Today, I own my branch of CrossCountry Mortgage and am one of the company’s top loan officers.

My determination to get things done—and done right—drives everything I do. I fight for my clients to ensure they get the best possible financing. When I say I’ll do something, I make sure it happens. My goal is to exceed expectations for my clients and set a high standard for myself and the industry.
