I am not a typical Mortgage Loan Officer. My diverse background allows me to view a person's perspective and obtain knowledge from so many areas making me a unique commodity in this market. I spent 25 years in the field of teaching where I have taught a wide variety of subjects and coached a wide variety of sports I use these skills to help guide my clients through the approval process and help them move to the approved status quickly. Teaching is ingrained in my core and I believe in informing my clients on their best options. Home buying can be frustrating at times, but I believe being informed helps make the home buying experience positive and enjoyable.
I have worked for CrossCountry Mortgage for almost 6 years now and I am proud to say I work here. I believe with my experience and education, which includes 2 master's degrees, that I could work at any mortgage firm, I choose to work with CrossCountry. I am not only an employee, I am also a happy client.
I would be remiss to not mention that I am happily married 33 years to my wife Bonnie, we have raised two extremely successful children, Carl Jr. and Chelsea. We also have one Grandson, Jack Mason from the union of Carl Jr. and Lauren.
