Hi, I’m Tania, and I was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, while my grandfather served as Bolivian Ambassador, but I grew up in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. I moved to the U.S. for college, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Master of Arts from the University of Oklahoma. I’m also a proud U.S. Army Veteran, having served three years of active duty with the U.S. Army Reserve from 1998-2001.
My journey to becoming a loan officer was unique. I started as a loan processor in 2004, earned certification as an underwriter, and became a fully licensed mortgage originator in 2013. Now, as a loan officer at the Naples, FL branch of America's #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I’ve worked in both traditional banking and mortgage banking, preferring the latter for its closer client relationships and faster closings.
Outside of work, I’ve lived in Japan for three years and traveled extensively across Europe, South America, and the U.S. I’m also a dedicated mother and an excellent cook!
