About Paige

Hi, I’m Paige, and I grew up in Thailand, where I bought my first condo at a very young age. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand home loans well and ended up with unfavorable loan terms and a high interest rate. That experience made me resolve to help others avoid the same mistakes by educating them on home financing. Today, I’m involved in my local Thai community, run a YouTube channel that explains the mortgage process in Thai, and partner with non-profit housing organizations to teach people about homeownership.

At the Brooklyn, NY branch of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I take pride in helping my clients find the right loan. My favorite part of the job is discovering grants for down payments or closing costs.
